Pisang Peak (6091M.) is the most popular climbing Peak among the trekking peaks in Annapurna region. Pisang Peak is open for climbing under Nepal Mountaineering Association. N.M.A declared the Mt. Pisang peak in group “B” category climbing peak. Main attraction of Pisang peak is panoramic views of Annapurna I, II, IV, III, Gangapurna, Manaslu lamjung Himal etc.

Pisang peak climbing offer superb Himalayan views of Annapurna region. Pisang peak is considered to be one of the best climbing peaks among the trekking peaks in Nepal. Trekkers with little experience in climbing can join the world famous Annapurna circuit trek with Pisang Peak climbing to have the experience of the climbing on Himalayas in Nepal. Pisang peak rises above Pisang village and yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the final summit pyramid. Pisang peak is considered one of the easy climbing peaks among the trekking peaks of Nepal. To reach the base camp from Pisang village, the path ascends through sparse wood and pasture to a Kharka at 4,380 meters  which is considered the best place for setting up the base camp. High camp is set up at 5,400 meters then summit attempt via South-West ridge.

Pisang peak climbing itinerary has been carefully designed to allow for gradual ascend and proper acclimatization. Best season for Pisang peak climbing is March to May and September to December. Day 02 :  preparation day for the climbing .
Day 03 :  Drive Kathmandu / Besishar -shyange O/N
Day 05 :  Syange  - Tal (1707 m)
Day 06 :  Tal -Danaque (2082 m)
Day 07 :  Danaque - Bhratang (2850 m)
Day 08 :  Bhratang - Lower Pissang (3200 m)
Day 09 :  Lower pisang -Pisang to Base Camp
Day10:    High Camp
Day 11 to 13: Climb and back to Base Camp
Day 14:   Back to Pisang
Day 15 :  Pisang -Manang (3540 m)ang
Day 16 :  Manang - Yak Kharka (3980 m)
Day 17 :  Yak Kharka -Throng Phedi (4450 m)
Day 18 :  Throng Phedi -Thorang-La (5416m)  Muktinath (3810 m)
Day 19 :  Muktinath - Kagbeni (2800 m)
Day 20:   Kagbeni - Jomsom Marpha (2670 m)

NOTE: If you are short on time, you can take a flight to Pokhara or Kathmandu from Jomsom.
Day 21:  Marpha -Kalopani (2530 m)
Day 22:  Kalopani - Ghasa (2010 m)
Day 23 : Ghasa - Tatopani (1190 m)
Day 24 : Tatopani - Chitre (2390 m)
Day 25:  Chitre - Ghorepani
Day 26:  Ghorepani - Tikhedhunga
Day 27: Tikhedhunga - Nayapul then drive back to Pokhara
Day 28:  Drive or Flight back to Kathmandu
