"An adventure that will remain engraved in our memories!"

Wow!  We climbed Island Peak with Himalayan Ecstasy. To tell you the truth, we had not planned to do this climb when we started our 3 passes trek. It was on the way that we met a hiker who gave us the contact details for Himalayan Ecstasy. Remotely, and only via WhatsApp, we organized ourselves with Sujan's team so that he could give us our Climbing permits and everything else we needed. When we arrived in Chhukhung 10 days later, everything was ready for our climb! We were accompanied by Tashi, an experienced and caring Sherpa guide. Everything went superbly, from the arrival at Base Camp to the summit, including the very good meals and the training on the use of the ropes and the equipment. A spectacle and an adventure that will remain engraved in our memories! Thanks to Sujan for her responsiveness and generosity

I booked a 2-day guided climb up Island Peak with Himalayan Ecstasy in Nov 2024 and it went great. From the start I was extremely impressed by the personal and professional service I got from the owner Sujan. He was even recommended to me by a senior member of the Nepali Mountaineering Agency. During my solo trek via the 3 Passes to Chukhung to meet the guide, Sujan was frequently in touch online to check on my health and progress. At Chukhung I was paired with an extremely well experienced and attentive guide, Tashi Thundu, who has been up Everest 10 times. Tashi was super professional and made sure my climb was safe and successful in every way. During my 30-day trek before my climb I heard plenty of stories from fellow trekkers about lousy guides and climbing agencies, but I really felt I could trust these guys after my first Himalayan climbing experience.

The Larkya Peak Expedition was truly a life-changing experience. The 15-day trek through the Manaslu region was tough, but every challenge felt so worth it. From walking through beautiful forests to crossing high-altitude paths, the journey felt like a real adventure. Reaching the summit of Larkya Peak at 6,249 meters was incredible – after all the hard work, standing at the top and looking at the snow-capped mountains around us was a moment I’ll never forget. Along the way, we visited small villages like Samagaon and Samdo, where we got to connect with the locals and feel the warmth of their culture. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Anil, who was always there to encourage us, and Sujan, the owner, who made sure everything ran smoothly. The altitude was tough, but with the right support and time to adjust, we managed it. If you’re looking for an unforgettable journey with stunning views, amazing people, and a sense of accomplishment, the Larkya Peak trek is something you won’t want to miss. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
