Your trip starts with a private bus departure from our pickup point in Pokhara to the put-in point.

After a complete safety briefing and equipment fitting, you begin your first day on the Lower Seti, paddling through scenic village and farmland landscapes with fun, bouncy rapids along the way.

After breakfast at camp, you continue rafting downstream. Lunch is included on the river before your private bus transfer back to Pokhara, with local bus options also available toward Kathmandu, Bandipur, or Chitwan.

The Lower Seti runs all year long, with the best conditions from September to December and March to June. During monsoon season in July and August, the trip changes to a 1-day extreme version due to higher water levels.
