- Hotel Thamel Park: Located in Thamel, Kathmandu, and owned/managed by Sujan Bhattarai along with his team. He expanded the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Known for its strategic location, it offers comfortable accommodations for trekkers, climbers, and visitors to the capital city.
- Little River Camp Bhotekoshi: Sujan Bhattarai's upcoming project in Bhotekoshi, Sindhupalchowk, designed for quick getaways from Kathmandu. If you don’t have time for a long trek but still want adventure, this will be the place. You’ll be able to camp by the river, relax in a peaceful setting, and also choose rafting and kayaking experiences. It’s not just a campsite but a proper resort-style escape built for adventure lovers who want nature, water, and comfort, all in one place.
