Based in Kathmandu, he is a government-certified trekking professional with a strong reputation for safety, guest care, and exceptional leadership in the field.

Early Career

Arjun began his journey in the trekking industry in 2004, driven by a deep love for the mountains and the Himalayan way of life.

Starting out with various trekking agencies, he quickly built a name for himself through his calm leadership, strong communication skills, and ability to manage groups effectively in remote and high altitude environments.

His early years in the field gave him hands-on experience across Nepal's most iconic trekking routes and laid the foundation for a career defined by professionalism and a genuine passion for guiding.

Journey in the Travel Industry

Over two decades, Arjun has successfully guided hundreds of international trekking groups through some of Nepal's most demanding terrains, including the Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, and restricted area routes.

His experience spans a wide range of environments, from lush lower valleys to high altitude glacier zones, and he has handled everything from sudden weather changes to medical emergencies with confidence and composure.

What sets Arjun apart is his attention to the finer details of guest wellbeing. He conducts daily health monitoring of all guests, tracks acclimatization progress, and takes proactive steps to prevent altitude sickness before it becomes a problem.

He also maintains strict standards of food and water hygiene throughout every trek, ensuring that guests stay healthy and comfortable from start to finish.

Beyond safety, Arjun brings a deep knowledge of Nepali culture, history, flora, and fauna to every trip he leads. His ability to communicate fluently in English, combined with basic knowledge of German and Italian, allows him to connect meaningfully with guests from a wide range of backgrounds and make their experience truly personal.
