Bhishu Acharya is working as the Content Lead & Publishing Specialist at Himalayan Ecstasy Nepal, and is responsible for website auditing, creating travel products, and overseeing publishing.
Acharya completed his schooling in 2016, followed by high school in 2018. He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology at Tribhuvan University and graduated in 2022/23. His strong interest in web technology and deep passion for writing made him the digital content creator he is known today.
Early Career
Bhishu’s career began as a Ghostwriter and then as a Web Content Writer focused on the pop culture niche in 2019.
After two years of content writing and SEO experience, he became a Tech Writer focused on computer hardware and PC troubleshooting. His quick learning ability and strong research skills transformed him into a Senior Tech Writer and eventually a Mentor and Team Leader.
Transition into the Travel Industry
After quitting his tech job in 2024, Bhishu took a career break. His natural next step was to travel, something he had adored ever since he was a kid. He went on multiple solo treks and visited several key destinations in Nepal.
Eventually, Bhishu started working for multiple travel companies and trekking agencies and also began his own blog, Travel Nepal Today, where he still writes to this date.
That’s not all. He also posts occasionally on YouTube and social media under the username @safarnamawithvis, aiming to help fellow local travellers navigate the best routes in the country.
Content Lead & Publishing Specialist at Himlaayan Ecstasy Nepal
Bhishu Acharya overtook the content and publishing duties (under contract) at Himalayan Ecstasy Nepal starting February 2026.
He’s working alongside Srizma Paudel, Research and Content Assistant, and collaborating with the administration team and professional guides. His job here is to ensure our guests receive the best packages Nepal has to offer.
Beyond Travelling and Writing
Besides being a travel enthusiast and web content specialist in the travel and tech domains, he is also a youth club member of Yoga Premi Pariwar Nepal, where he oversees the non-profit organization’s digital campaigns. He is also a graphic designer, content manager/strategist, scriptwriter, and WordPress developer.
Beyond his professional work, he is a regular guy who loves playing and watching football. A culer at heart, he is a huge admirer of Lionel Messi.
He is fond of tech gadgets, sci-fi/thriller shows, and is also a foodie. Don't be surprised if he comes out on the web with new content related to football and food technology soon!
